Our Menu: 3 Curry Pastes: Massaman (dark, rich & mild curry spiced with cinnamon, cloves, and nutmeg), Green (Hot and Flavorful Curry made with green thai chilies, cilantro and basil) & Geng Gari (One of the most popular Thai street food curries) - 3 Dishes: Lettuce Wraps with Green-Curried Shrimp, Massaman Marinated Pork, & Traditional Geng Gari Curry served with Coconut Scented Rice. These are some of Chef Deja’s favorite menu items from Chakra, the Manhattan Beach, CA Thai Restaurant where she was Executive Chef. Come to learn something new and enjoy a delicious winter warmer meal. Everyone will go home with a small container of each curry paste. We’ll also taste wine & beer to compliment the menu.
