This hands on class is for anyone who needs a head start to the week ahead by having your meals planned and prepped in advance. Chef Kristin, a Nutritionist and Chef, has developed tried and true methods for making meal prep a fun afternoon activity for adults and children so that busy week day meals can be quick, easy and delicious! In this class we'll prep for and prepare a breakfast, snack, lunch and dinner and talk about additional menus to use during the week using the same ingredients. We'll learn knife skills, discuss ideal food storage and make and eat everything we prepare in class. Menu: Mini Veggie Crustless Quiche, Winter Quinoa Salad, Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins, Curried Sweet Potato Meatballs and Roasted Veggies and Tex Mex Turkey Taco Pie.
$65/adult student, 13 years or older, and $45 to bring a child under 12 years old
