How many times have you asked yourself that question? The answer is different for everyone based on their needs and expectations as well as many other factors personal to them. 

We invite you to attend a workshop designed to help you make up your own mind using information known only to you.  Since starting a business impacts the whole family, you should consider bringing your spouse or business partner as a guest.  A mutual understanding of what kind and how much effort is required is important for future success.

This workshop will meet at the Roane State Community College Knoxville Campus.  This workshop will help you answer these two questions:
      1.  Am I Ready ??
      2.  How Do I Start ??

SCORE instructors will lead your participation through specific issues that need be considered prior to any personal commitment of significant time, energy or financial investment.

This workshop now includes information on the Growth Wheel.  

GrowthWheel is a visual toolbox and online platform used by business advisors, incubators, and entrepreneurship educators to help businesses make decisions and take action.

It helps startup and growth companies build their businesses through a simple action oriented process — one that stays true to the way most entrepreneurs think and work.

Completion of this workshop will help you decide if your business idea is feasible. This workshop will provide a better foundation to take advantage of SCORE'S free face-to-face counseling.  The registration process for counseling will be reviewed at this workshop.
