Train the Trainer for Supervisors
Effective on-the-job training is critical in manufacturing. The Robert C. Byrd Institute (RCBI) is offering a one-day workshop for manufacturers who want to improve the training capabilities of their supervisors.
Topics include:
- Communicating effectively with employees
- Setting goals for improved performance
- Coaching employees for skill gains
- Tailoring instruction to different learning style
The workshop is Wednesday, February 27 from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm at RCBI on the campus of Marshall University South Charleston.
The cost is $50 a person, and lunch will be provided.
