Food Love: A Vegetarian Valentine’s Day Dinner with Chef Michael Hervieux

Menu: Spiced Almonds with Figs & Honey;  “Champagne & Oysters”, roasted oyster mushrooms, avocado bruschetta, basil-citrus-champagne mignonette;  Harissa marinated cauliflower “Steak”, baked stuffed sweet “Potato” (chickpeas, arugula, goat cheese), apple-ginger salsa verde, toasted pine nuts; “Spiced Hot Chocolate”, dark chocolate & chili infused cake, cinnamon & sugar, banana crema. Paired with a sparkling Prosecco Cocktail with fresh pomegranate.
