In this 2-hour workshop you will explore the Duke University Center for Inegrative Medicine's Wheel of Health as you investigate a "WHOLE HOUSE" approach to your own health priorities.  You will develop a personalized plan for living Intentionally Well and identify specific tools needed to succeed.
