Understanding the role and responsibility of the Home Inspector as well as how home inspections assist both home sellers and home buyers. This course will teach the Real Estate agent everything they need to know to understand what guidelines the Inspectors are held to, what is involved in a Home Inspection, as well as the limitations and exclusions of the Home Inspection report.
