Learn to bake several different types of bread in this hands on class. We’ll bake a to die for sourdough bread with Chef Leah Rosin-Pritchard’s tangy starter and learn to make a hearty grain yeast bread and another creative alternative using gluten-free einkorn flour. We’ll also discuss ancient grains and grain alternatives. Chef Leah’s roots are as a traditional bread baker. She baked several batches a day for an entire year, here in Rhode Island, and then moved to Denver as a bread baker before moving back home to Rhode Island a number of years ago to open her own healthy food company - Leah’s Recipe. We’ll taste everything we make and you will go home with all of the recipes, tips and tricks from class.
