Speakers:

Brian Olson (CISM, CISSP, ITIL, HCISSP)

Mr. Olson is the Director of IT Operations for a large managed care organization, with over 20 years of IT experience in a variety of industries. He is passionate about Cyber Security, and is the founder of CenCalCSC (Central California Cyber Security Consortium) a group in the Central Valley of California dedicated to promoting good Cyber Security practices in Central California.

Jack Orlove (MBCP, MBCI, CISSP, CISM)

Mr. Orlove is the Lead Risk Manager at Cyber Communication. Jack is an internationally known, award winning consultant, speaker and certified trainer in Business Continuity, IT Security, Disaster Recovery, Risk Management and Data Protection with over 20 years global experience. His firm, Cyber Communication, has successfully competed against the Big Four to work with prestigious clients including a fortune 10 company, government agencies and 100’s of other mid-sized organizations across all industries worldwide.

David Roy Furnas (MBA, BSc, CHCIO, CISM, CISSP, PMP)

Mr. Furnas has served with distinction as a leader, technologist, and program/project manager for the architecture, engineering, and lifecycle management of systems and solutions for some of the nation’s leading enterprises in multiple critical infrastructure sectors including Healthcare and Public Health, Emergency Services, Financial Services, and Energy.  His qualifications include a diverse depth and breadth of experience in transformational and servant leadership, management and supervision, program and project management, software engineering, systems engineering, network engineering, and information security engineering, governance, and compliance. He is additionally skilled in the interpretation and application of a broad portfolio of statutes, regulations, and standards for information technology, security, and privacy. He has been a member of FBI Infragard since 2003, and is also a graduate of the FBI Citizen’s Academy.

Anup Dewan (CCISO, CISM, CRISC, CEH, CHFI)

Mr. Dewan is the manager of Enterprise Security Management at Willams-Sonoma, and a senior IT executive with over 25 years of experience in enterprise security, infrastructure and middleware architecture.

Mark Schmidt (CISA, CISM)

Mr. Schmidt is a Senior IT Auditor for Sacramento’s electric utility, SMUD. He has held several IT roles in software engineering, audit, audit management, and risk management. Mr. Schmidt has more than 10 years’ experience in IT advisory services, building information systems and streamlining business processes. From 2005 to 2007, he coordinated and instructed ISACA Sacramento’s CISA Review Seminar as Chapter Vice-President. Mr. Schmidt is a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) and Certified Information Security Manager (CISM).
