Come see for yourself how PAES helps students find their niche in competitive work. Students discover what work skills they have, what work skills they like to do, and they learn how to "work on the job" developing the soft skills they need to get and keep a job.
You will be able to see five career areas including 264 hands-on jobs that students explore in PAES. You will also see the performance based assessment process that is used to determine the students employment potential using PAES. Further, you will see the PAES work skills assessment that is used to identify community placement options where the student can be successful by matching the student’s individual strengths and needs with jobs in the community.
Sample reports and information packets will be available for all who attend.
