Stovetop Smoking

In this class we will explore ways to creat big, smokey flavor using some simple methods that don't require any outdoor work! Using an inexpensive stovetop smoker that you can even create yourself using items you already have, plus a handy cold smoker that injects smokey flavor with the flick of a button.
