A travel inspired menu infused with tropical flavors that showcase the vibrant energy of Puerto Rico. Visions of sandy Caribbean beaches? Come sip & savor a modern twist on the island’s cuisine in this cocina tropical Inspired by Chef Michael’s recent travels. Menu:  A Classic Mojito, Tostones w/ chipotle aioli & lime, Pernil style marinated Pork, Sofrito, Arroz con Gandules,(rice and pigeon peas), Maduros (sweet plantains), & Banana Cake w/ rum roasted pineapple and coconut creme.
