Menu:  A Classic Mojito, Tostones w/ chipotle aioli & lime, Pernil style marinated Pork, Sofrito, Arroz con Gandules,(rice and pigeon peas), Maduros (sweet plantains), & Banana Cake w/ rum roasted pineapple and coconut creme.
