Tournament Rules:

All decisions made by the tournament director and/or officials will be final.

Eligibility: This is an open tournament. Anyone under age 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Teams must fish from the same boat. No one other than a paid contestant in the boat during tournament hours.  Contestants must have a valid Louisiana fishing license in their possession during tournament hours.  Contestants must be at rules meeting at 6 PM on 5/17/2019 Cypress Bend Resort. Sportsmanship:  All contestants are expected to practice courtesy, safety, and follow local and state laws. Anyone not doing so will be disqualified. Safety: U.S. Coast Guard approved life vests must be worn while the main engine is running. All state, federal, and lake regulations must be obeyed.  Alcoholic Beverages and Drugs:  Anyone consuming alcoholic beverages or drugs during tournament hours will be disqualified.  Permissable Waters:  All state, federal, and lake regulations must be obeyed.  Contestants must fish from their boat.  Bait and Tackle:  Only artificial lures may be used.  No live bait!  Only 1 rod per angler in the water at any time.  Culling:  No team may have more than 5 fish (largemouth or spotted bass only) in their live-well at any time.  Practice Catch and Release:   Every effort must be made to keep fish alive and in good condition.  Late Penalty:  If you are late for weigh in, you are disqualifiedScoring Fish:  A maximum of 5 fish per team.  All bass must be minimum 14 inch in length as measured on flat board.  Official weigh in bags provided at weigh in.  A half pound penalty from total weight will be deducted for dead fish.  Ties:  Identical weights will be decided by flip of coin.  Louisiana UMM reserves right to amend these rules. 

Late Registration: 5:00 AM, Sep 28th at San Miquel Pavillion (late fee of $25)

                           First Cast: 6:30 AM             Last  Cast: 2:00 PM

Must be in Weigh-In line by 2:30 PM at San Miquel Marina 

Entry Fee is $150 per BoatBig Bass is $20 per Boat, with 80% payout
