Broken Hearted Yoga 10 - 11am

This special class is about the truth that loving people, and loving creatures, and loving this world, means that our hearts will be broken over and over again. This is a very slow and very gentle yoga class, low to the ground, which means that most of the class happens lying down. All are welcome!
