Caring for our Elders: A Caregiver Workshop 

Join us on March 26th and April 2nd from 7pm-9pm for an interactive workshop that will outline the practical steps caregivers can take to care for loved ones and themselves. Participants will receive a workbook, as well as an organizer to keep the important documents and information caregivers need for appointments, life transitions and emergencies. Through interactive exercises, the workshop helps participants build a comprehensive plan of care for their loved one, identify resources available to support them, and develop a practice of self-care. The workshop is designed to leave participants with peace of mind and feeling empowered and inspired.
