Flexibility In Mind & Body - Workshop
Join us at the Believe Big office with Karen Dubs, the creator of flexible warrior. In this workshop we will focus on flexibility in mind and body, and ways to reduce stress. We will discuss making self care a priority. There will be a complimentary healthy happy hour starting at 6pm with the workshop beginning at 7pm.
