BACS ETHICS TRAINING (3 Hours): Modeling a Systematic Ethical Framework for Supervisees with Parker Sternbergh, MHA, LCSW-BACS

In this class, we will discuss the techniques of modeling systematic ethical problem solving.

Course objectives:

1. Through case study, the attendee will identify the consequences, costs and benefits of different directions in interventions with supervisee clients.

2. The NASW code of ethics will be applied in systematic analysis of issues in a client case

3. We will review the latest version of the NASW code of ethics and spend some time with the new guidelines that focus on technology.

Parker SternberghParker Sternbergh, MHA, LCSW-BACS

 

Parker Sternbergh, MHA, LCSW-BACS is the Director of the Porter Cason Institute and Center for Life Long Learning at the Tulane School of Social Work. She has been at Tulane since 2009. Ms. Sternbergh has worked in private clinical practice, agency and community macro settings.

Parking Information
The Tulane School of Social Work is located at 127 Elk Place. Please see the location map.

There are various surface lots in close proximity to the school that you use if you would like. The Saratoga Parking Garage is the closest parking garage and is located at 111 S. Saratoga St. The daily rate for the garage is $8, but the garage does have direct access to the school via the skywalk on the second floor.
