Welcome to the 20th Annual CFMA Mid-Atlantic Regional Conference located at the Hilton Philadelphia at Penn's Landing - Philadelphia, PA - Sunday & Monday September 22nd & 23rd 2019.

You won't want to miss out on this 20th Anniversary Celebration of the Mid-Atlantic Regional Conference, which this year offers an incredible THIRTEEN educational opportunities and a unique opportunity to dine on the USS Battleship New Jersey and even win a chance to fire one of the battleship guns! 

A few notes about registration:

MEMBER RATES: Only individuals with current CFMA memberships qualify for the member rate. CFMA does not offer company-based memberships at this time.

GUEST REGISTRATION:  The conference sessions are open to full conference attendees only.  Attendee guests wishing to attend the Sunday reception/dinner must register separately with a unique email address. Guests may purchase a dinner ticket when they are registering.

SUNDAY SESSIONS: The Sunday educational session is not included in the conference registration fee.  Attendees may purchase a separate ticket for the Sunday educational session when registering for the conference.

ROOM RESERVATIONS: Hotel rooms are not included with the registration fee. Overnight accommodations must be made directly with the hotel.  A link to the hotel room block can be found on the conference website below. Room block deadline is 8/30/2019, however, room block rates are based upon availability and may sell out, so reserve early!

IMPORTANT DATES:
EARLY BIRD DEADLINE: 8/11/2019 Early bird discounts are available to CFMA Members only.  Member registrations received by the deadline will receive early bird pricing.

ROOM BLOCK DEADLINE: 8/30/2019 (subject however to availability)

CANCELLATION/REFUND DEADLINE: 9/12/2019 Conference cancellations must be received by this date in order to qualify for a refund. Note: Hotel rooms must be cancelled directly with the hotel and are subject to hotel cancellation policies.

REGISTRATION DEADLINE: 9/12/2019 Registration closes at 5pm on this date.
