Financial Statements Basic for Small Businesses 

This workshop will introduce the non-financial person to their financial statements. You'll learn what the Income Statements, Cashflow Statements, Balance Sheets and Budgets are used for. The class will be taught in terms that anyone can understand. Through breakout sessions, you will have a chance to analyze financial worksheets.

Larry Owned a CPA firm for over 23 years, general practice with all types of clients. Prepared many types of tax and information returns, such as 1040, 1041, 1120, 1120'S, 1065, etc. Worked with the IRS for 17 years as an Internal Revenue Agent auditing all types of businesses from small (less than 1 million in revenues) to large corporations with over 1 Billion in revenues. The last nine years worked in the Tax-Exempt section auditing mostly 501(c)(3) organizations. Expertise includes:
Business Finance & Accounting, Non-Profit and Business Operations.
