Do it Right with QuickBooks Online

You’ve probably heard of QuickBooks, the comprehensive and user-friendly accounting software designed for small and medium-size businesses. But you may not yet have gotten around to trying it, or if you have used it, may be unfamiliar with all the program’s helpful features.

Do it Right with QuickBooks Online provides lessons of value to both kinds of users, whether they are service-based or e-commerce firms. You will learn to correctly configure the chart of accounts, prepare company data for reports and manage notes, to-do lists and custom fields. The session also includes how to process accounts receivable and accounts payable, establish vendor and checking preferences, and pay bills.

What You Will Learn

  • Proper QuickBooks set-up to avoid the most common mistakes
  • How to move around efficiently in QuickBooks
  • How to manage your company’s cash flow and finances
  • The five most critical reports to track on a regular basis
  • The way to quickly know how well your business is doing

Special Bonus:  Workshop presenter Pam Bingham will meet with any attendee to answer specific questions in an individualized 30-minute session.

“I’m a complete newbie and now I don’t feel afraid.”                    -Melvin H.
