Join us for this fun dinner party class as we ease into a hearty plant based menu with Chef Leah Rosin-Pritchard. In this hands on experience she’ll teach us to make Barbecue Pulled Jackfruit, Mashed Cauliflower, Vietnamese style Bahn Mi pickled veggie topping, Jalapeņo Cornbread and a Date/Nut Crust Fresh Fruit Tart with Coconut Ice Cream. Whether you have already adopted a plant based diet and want to expand you repertoire or are just interested in adding a few delicious new recipes to your go-tos, once you learn the basics of plant based cooking and workarounds, it becomes easier and easier to dream up and make imaginative and healthy menus and meals for yourself, your family and friends. We’ll taste wine and beer to compliment the menu.
