Overnight Accommodations

A block of rooms has been reserved at the Hilton Garden Inn at a special rate of $125.00.  This rate expires on March 26, 2019.  To make your reservation please call the HGI at 207-865-1433.  Please be sure to mention MAPP when making your reservation.  

Shipping Instructions

All boxes sent before the conference must be labeled to the attention of the Conference Services Manager,  Hilton Garden Inn, 5 Park Street, Freeport, ME 04532.   Include your name, group affiliation and event date. Items should not arrive seven (7) or more days prior to the conference or you will be subject to a storage fee of $5.00 per box.

Staffing

The exhibit fee includes two on-site representatives.  On-site reps are welcome to join breakfast, morning and afternoon refreshment breaks during exhibit hours, and may sit in on any of the presentations.  If more than two representatives are present, there will be a $50/addiitonal person charge to cover food costs.  

Booth Description

We offer table-top exhibits or in lieu of a table you may utilize the space for floor signage.  Exhibitor table drapings are provided.  If you require an electrical supply, please let us know.

Booth Assignments

All exhibits will be located in the same area of the Conference Center.  Exhibit space will be pre-assigned by MAPP Staff.  All breakfasts, refreshment breaks and Exhibitor Reception will be held in the exhibit area.

Set up

There is an event the evening before so Exhibitor set-up time is not available until 5:30 a.m. on the day of the event.  All exhibits must be set up by 7:30 a.m.

Space will be allocated by MAPP staff based on receipt of the exhibit registration form and full payment.  No refunds of exhibitor fees will be granted after April 16, 2019.

NOTICE:  This meeting is a private meeting for District Branch members and exhibitors whose products are in line with the district branch’s mission.  We will consider all applications for exhibit space but reserve the right to reject any application which the district branch in its sole discretion determines is not consistent with our mission.

Charlotte Harrison, BA.  Ms. Harrison is a Senior Clinical Research Associate at MAPS Public Benefit Corporation, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Multidisciplinary Association of Psychedelic Studies (MAPS).  The company's mission is to develop medical, legal, and cultural contexts for people to benefit from the careful uses of psychedelics.
