The Alabama Office of Primary Care & Rural Health has provided funding to present this free RHC Billing Seminar, in cooperation with the Alabama Rural Health Association. All Alabama rural health clinics are welcomed to this free event in appreciation for the service that rural health clinics provide to Alabama's rural and medically underserved citizens. The seminar will start at 9:30 (registration will start at 9:00 AM) and should end sometime around 3:30. A box lunch will be provided at Noon during a presentation on chronic care management by Nicole Melancon from Chronic Disease Solutions. Melissa Gill from Alabama Medicaid will be presenting on the basics of RHC billing for Rural Health Clinics in Alabama including what is covered under the all inclusive rate and what may be billed in addition to the all inclusive rate. Also, EPSDT billing, provider enrollment, and other issues will be discussed. 

Mark Lynn from Healthcare Business Specialists will discuss Medicare Billing for rural health clinics including the basics of billing, incident to billing, billing procedures, secondary billing, and other issues.
