About the Speaker: Ara Aslanian has over 20 years of experience in the field of informational technology management and is the Founding Partner & CEO of Inverselogic Inc. Founded in 1998, Inverselogic provides Technology Consulting, Managed Services, and Outsourcing, as well as Cybersecurity Risk assessment and prevention. In 2016, Ara co-founded reevert Storage, LLC, a SaaS-based startup focused on providing hybrid data backup, storage, and disaster recovery solutions. Ara currently serves as an Advisory Board Member at L.A. CyberLab and a Leadership Council Member at Secure The Village. He also serves on the Verdugo Workforce Development Executive Board and has chaired the City of Glendale Tech Week committee. Ara has been a speaker at the ASIS International Security Conference, Glendale Tech Week, and many more events.

By attending the above SCM Presents event on February 28, 2019, you grant to SULLIVANCURTISMONROE INSURANCE SERVICES, LLC, a California limited liability company (“SCM”), and its respective subsidiaries, affiliates, licensees, successors, agents, assignees, and to other such persons as SCM may designate from time to time (together, “Licensees”), the absolute right to reproduce, display, publish, broadcast, synchronize, telecast, distribute and/or otherwise use, in whole or in part, your name, image, photograph, testimonials (including, but not limited to any testimonial material specifically identified herein), biographical information, and/or any other likeness of you (your “Likeness”), in whole or in part, alone or with other materials (“Materials”), in connection with advertising, promotion and publicity materials for SCM and/or its products and services in perpetuity in any media now known or hereafter developed. You hereby waive any right that you may have to inspect and/or approve the finished Materials, including but not limited to the copy that may be used in connection therewith, and/or the use to which the Materials may be applied, and nothing herein will constitute any obligation on the part of Licensees to make any use of any of the rights granted herein. You agree that all right, title and interest in and to the Materials, including the copyrights therein, shall vest exclusively in SCM. You hereby release, indemnify, and hold harmless Licensees, for any claim or liability resulting from the use of your Likeness and/or the Materials in accordance with the terms hereof, including, but not limited to, claims in the nature of defamation, disparagement, slander, false light, violation of your rights of privacy and/or publicity or the like, or what might be deemed to be a misrepresentation. You warrant and represent that (i) you are over the age of 18 and have achieved the age of majority in your state of residence; (ii) you have the full right, power and authority to execute this Release and grant the rights granted herein; (iii) neither your performance of your obligations nor your grant of rights hereunder will violate the rights of any third party or any contractual commitment you have made to any third party; and (iv) no other permission, payment to any third party, or residual payment is required to enable Licensees to use the rights granted hereunder. This Release contains the entire understanding between the parties regarding the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior understandings. No waiver, modification or additions to this Release shall be valid unless in writing and signed by the parties hereto.
