OUR EVENT HAS REACHED ITS CAPACITY.

RAIN PLAN FOR SATURDAY, APRIL 13th, 2019
Thanks for registering for our event. We can't wait to see you tomorrow.
Since we have questionable weather in the forecast, here is some important information:
IF RAIN CONTINUES through the night and into the morning or heavy rain is coming down at the start of the event, THE HUNT WILL MOVE INSIDE THE MAIN BUILDING!! If we only experience occasional rain showers, we will keep the festivities outside on the front lawn of the campus.
If we move everything indoors, please enter the building under the MAIN ENTRANCE located BEHIND THE CASTLE. There will be balloons and signs to direct you.
The event begins at 10:00 am. The Easter Egg Hunt will begin promptly at 10:30 am, so please arrive on time so you don't miss the fun.
PARKING:
You may park .... in the lot at the main entrance, along the road on Main Street and also along Zelley Avenue. YOU MUST BE PARKED IN A LEGAL PARKING SPOT. Please check the street signs to ensure that you are parked legally. Dress appropriately as parking on Zelley could be a lengthy walk around the block to the main entrance.
MAIN ENTRANCE:
If it's raining, please enter through the Main Entrance, under the portico.To get to the Main Entrance, continue down the driveway off of Main Street. Just past the Lutheran Crossings chapel, you will see an covered entrance labeled MAIN ENTRANCE. Enter the building and proceed to the right, then down the hall to the right, following signs to the Easter Egg Hunt. Go straight to the REGISTRATION TABLE to check in.
