2019 - 7th Annual
Quintessence Summer Choral Festival

Join Quintessence for our seventh annual Summer Choral Festival!

On Sunday, July 28, 2019, 3:00 p.m. at the National Hispanic Cultural Center, we will perform Beethoven's Choral Fantasy and other pieces with our professional festival orchestra, under the direction of Quintessence Artistic Director Matthew Greer.

Student singers are encouraged to audition for our Choral Scholars program, which will perform a set of pieces as well as be a part of the master choir.

In addition, there will be group workshops and the opportunities for individual voice lessons. We are thrilled that among our teaching artists (listed below) are four young professional singers who are members of the VOCES8 Scholar program!v This is happening through a partnership with VCM USA.

Rehearsals begin Saturday, July 20.

Registration fee includes scores, a recording of the performance, an official festival t-shirt, and entrance to workshops, individual coaching sessions, and social events.

The complete schedule will be updated with workshops and other social events that will happen throughout the week

We look forward to rehearsing and performing with you.
