The Art of French Macarons with Chelsea Rose of Rose Macarons
These light, fluffy and delightfully beautiful little round sandwich cookies are oh so delicious and each one is a piece of art. Join us for this hands on class taught by Chlsea Rose, the owner of Rose Macarons. We’ll use the French technique for the macaronage and make two seasonal flavors: Irish Stout Chocolate and Pot of Gold Lemon Drop macarons. We’ll discuss other flavor combinations and common baking and making issues that arise when creating these delicate masterpieces. We'll taste everything we make and everyone will go home with a box of their creations as well. We’ll also have some Irish libations to sip as we bake.
