Handmade India!

A Creative Cultural Immersion with Amy Butler & Sujata Shah



Join us in Jaipur, India for nine days and eight nights loaded with all things Handmade! We’ll explore creative workshops with local artisans, discover historic temples, palaces and forts and scour hand made markets for raw materials and treasures! Our home base will be the luxurious Trident Hotel. Each excursion only has 14 spots. Group 1: January 25, 2020 to February 2, 2020 

Once you have registered, we’ll follow up with a more detailed itinerary with workshop descriptions and a small supply list. As our trip approaches, we’ll send you helpful information to prepare you for your adventure.

Now for Some Business Information:

Accommodations:

All rooms at the Trident, Jaipur are double occupancy. If you don't have a roommate, we will gladly help you find one. 

Payment Information:

The total cost to attend Handmade India is $4,650. This price includes most everything except: airfare, transfers to and from the airport, shipping purchased items to your home, some alcohol, spending money and miscellaneous tips. The first payment of $1550 is due upon registration. The second payment of $1550 is due June 30, 2019 and the final payment is due October 30, 2019. Payments can be made via credits card or PayPal. 

Terms & Conditions:

Handmade India will cover a wide variety of experiences led by Amy and Sujata. There will be a small supply list for the week. Specifics will be shared with you well in advance of the trip. 

Please be sure to check your calendar before you sign up for Handmade India. A $1550.00 cancellation charge will be applied to all refunds requested prior to October 1, 2019 due to accommodation and event nonrefundable payments and administrative fees. For cancellations after October 1st, 100% of the cost of the excursion will be forfeited. Arriving late or leaving Handmade India early, for any reason whatsoever, will not result in a refund, and no refunds will be made for any unused portions of Handmade India.

Once your registration is confirmed you'll receive a waiver. Please note we must receive your signed waiver for you to be fully registered. The signed waiver must be received within 7 days of receipt.

We reserve the right to postpone or cancel this workshop offering up to six weeks in advance of the trip if in the unlikely event we do not have enough registrants, or less in the case of an act of God. If we have to cancel the workshop due to lack of registrants, you will be refunded your deposit. For this reason we highly recommend Travel Insurance and Trip Cancellation Insurance.

In the unfortunate event that either Sujata or Amy experience or an immediate family member of Amy or Sujata experiences an untimely illness or death, they reserve the right to find a suitable replacement to lead the excursion so that the trip will continue as planned. 

Due to unforeseen circumstances and or to insure the best possible guest experience, items in the itinerary may be substituted for a more suitable opportunity if the leaders so deem necessary. 

Participants therefore understand, acknowledge and agree that if they fail to pay the remaining $3100 due on the above-described dates, the initial deposit of $1550 shall be forfeited. 

There are only 14 spots available for this exciting opportunity. They will be reserved on a first come, first serve basis with receipt of deposit used as the determining factor of registration. Once we have received your registration and deposit, you are in agreement with all the terms and conditions listed above.
