Though each exhibitor inquiry is carefully considered, booth availability is primarily dependent on your company’s relevance to our attendees and your ability to provide diversity among our existing exhibitors. A maximum of 34 vendors  and our unique maze, exhibitor space creates the perfect opportunity to put your brand front and center.    

• Booth installation begins Fri Sept 20 at  begining at 7am
• First Vendor Exhibit is Friday Sept 20 at 3:45pm
• Vendor Hall is open until 9pm on Friday Sept 20.
• Bring Your Banners to the Registration Area at any time on Friday & mingle with the Docs.      
• Meet Doctors Plenty of room and seating areas to engage or create your space.
• Exhibitor Hall open on Saturday 9/21 from 8am to 6:30pm
• Dedicated Vendor Breaks 10:30am and 3:30pm
