Dinner Details:
- Prime Rib and Herb Roasted French Cut Chicken Breast served with Dauphinoise Potatoes and Green Beans tossed in Butter and Kosher Salt - to finish it off, a self-serve dessert buffet!
- Prices:
- $360 - full table (8) in RESERVED seating.
- $180 - 1/2 table (4) in RESERVED seating.
- $ 45 - Single Adult (1) in non-reserved seating.
Note: This year's dinner is buffet style Prime Rib and Chicken, with salad, potatoes, vegetables and dessert provided by MT PL8 (Mellisa O'Hair Catering).
The full and half table options will RESERVE your seats at the banquet with the name of your group or business displayed on the table. You will not have to arrive early to secure your seating. Thank you for bringing your friends and colleagues!

CBU Supporters! Welcome to the 11th CBU banquet and fundraiser! We're looking forward to an enjoyable evening with friends and family to support our enjoyment of multiple-use recreation on our public lands!
Get your reservations early by clicking "Register Now" or the Register Now button at the bottom.
Agenda:
5:00 PM - Registration/Check-In/Social Hour. Festivities begin with a no-host bar. Check out the Silent and Live Auction items and play the raffle games! Items include firearms, camping equipment and accessories for outdoor families!
6:15 PM - The buffet style dinner begins serving! Our first silent auction table will close at the end of dinner (6:45) so don't forget to check on those items.
6:45 PM - CBU Executive Director Kerry White will provide a summary of our 2018 activities and what CBU will be working on in 2019.
7:15 PM - CBU's recognition of supporters and volunteers. Closing the final silent auction.
7:45 PM - We will dive into our live auction followed by drawing for this year's ATV and Generator. Lots going on, and lots of great things to win.
This year's ATV is a Textron Alterra 500 provided by Textron and Montana Textron dealers (MT Textron Rep. Ryan Solyst). The inverter/generator is the Honda 2200W provided by Lewistown Honda.
In the meantime, we'll keep you updated with sponsors and provide descriptions of raffle and auction items as they become available. Be sure to "Like" us on Facebook, where frequent updates will post, including donated items we've received.
