The Florida Humanities Council (FHC), in partnership with the Florida Department of State Division of Cultural Affairs and the National Endowment for the Humanities (NEH), will host a grant workshop on Thursday, April 4, 2019.
Attendance is free, but registration is required. Kindly RSVP by March 28 at 5:00 pm.
This workshop is designed to provide guidance on funding opportunities in the humanities and will relay useful information for organizations who are interested in applying for grants. Discussion will include an overview of programs, special initiatives, and steps involved in the writing and review of applications.
This workshop will be held from 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 4, 2019 at The University of South Florida St. Petersburg in DAV 130. A campus map and parking instructions will be provided with registration confirmation.
Who should attend?
Any nonprofit or public organization (museum, library, historical or cultural society, etc.) interested in learning more about how to apply for NEH and FHC humanities grants.
