ADVANCED System Workshop @ Pilates Sestina (MI), May 17th - 19th 2019
Review of the Advanced Classical Pilates repertoire, involving all applicable apparatus. This is an interactive program designed for attendees to actively participate, obtaining hands on knowledge of the exercises in their entirety, from application, through modifications, and execution. Principal and Teacher Trainer for the U.S.P.A. ®
Daily Schedule:
Fri - May 17th – 9am - 6pm
Sat - May 18th – 9am - 6pm
Sun - May 19th – 9am - 6pm
This System Workshop* will qualify as Continuing Education for The New York Pilates Studio® Teacher Certification Program. Attendance will qualify as credits towards Continuing Education Requirements as listed below:
• 3 day attendance = 12 CECs
• 2 day attendance = 8 CECs
• 1 day attendance = 4 CECs
*System Workshops may only be attended by Pilates Instructors certified through
The New York Pilates Studio® Teacher Certification Program.

All Workshops and Continuing Education Seminars are subject to cancellation and/or rescheduling based upon attendance or other circumstances at the discretion of the U.S.P.A. ®. In the event of a cancellation of a Workshop, Apprentices would be required, at their own expense, to attend the Workshop(s) at another U.S.P.A.® Teacher Certification Center. Any individual who had paid for continuing education credits will be refunded their payment in the event of cancellation or rescheduling.
U.S.P.A.® Certified Instructors may attend Workshops offered at any U.S.P.A.® Teacher Certification Center but shall only be given Continuing Education credits when said attendance is paid for in accordance with U.S.P.A.® published rates.
