COOKING CLUB: The Cuisine of Greece

Learn to cook Like A Greek! In this hands on class we will discuss various Greek dishes and cooking techniques while we make Horiatiki (Cucumber-Feta Salad), Spanakopita (Spinach & Feta in Pyllo Dough), Moussaka (Eggplant, Potatoes & Ground Meat Dish topped with Bechamel) and Greek Honey Cake.
In this adult cooking club series, led by Chef Deja Hart, we will cook, bake and experiment with ingredients, spices and preparation methods from countries around the world! *Suitable for cooks of all levels. All you need is a passion for food, sharing ideas and a love of cooking. We will enjoy everything we make together, accompanied by wine tastings.
How it works: Sign up for any Cooking Club class that peaks your interest. At your first class you will receive a Newport Cooks Club Card. Each time you take a club class your card will be punched. After 5 classes you will receive a free Newport Cooks Embroidered Apron; and after every 10th class you will get 1 class FREE!
