  • 48 hrs. email notice is required to obtain a refund (minus the transaction fee) or to have the balance transferred to another event during the same class session (i.e. fall, spring, summer).
  • 72 hrs. email notice is required on catered events.

        Who's Eating Your Garden...              If not you then who?

This class gives you a fun introduction to organic pest and disease control. Held in the outdoor classroom at The Cook's Garden, this event offers:
  • a class with master gardener, horticulturist and restaurant grower, Geri Miller discussing organic pest control & fertilizing strategies including:
    • how to control what you can control: knowing the cultural requirements of your edibles
    • beneficial insects: how to attract them and use them
    • how to use an IPM strategy & using organic pesticides and fungicides only sparingly
    • and learn about the Good, the Bad and the Ugly and how to ID them.
  • You'll also receive:
  • a 'hands-on' session in our garden. You'll join in the pest and disease 'safari'.
  • a 10% discount on anything purchased in our store that day (excluding eggs, Fisher heirloom tools and metal garden sculptures)
