Florida Real Estate - Strategies for the Foreign Investor

March 13th, 2019
8:30 AM - 11:00 AM

Join the Doral Chamber of Commerce and Munar Law for a workshop on Florida Real Estate. Foreign nationals looking to acquire Florida real estate must consider a variety of issues including minimizing their tax exposure, determining the best form of ownership, and avoiding costly probate proceedings. This presentation will focus on best practices for the foreign investor. Strategies realtors and other professionals can use to help client minimize risk and maximize benefits.

Many foreign investors share similar goals, it is important to help clients determine which goals take precedence and which goals are compatible with each other. Not all goals are possible in every scenario, and clients must be properly advised so they can make the best decision for their family’s financial well-being.

This presentation will focus on the best practices for foreign investors and the professionals who advise them.
