SOAR Speaker Series: Steve Dolinsky's Pizza City USA 

The SOAR Speaker Series kicks off with Steve Dolinsky! He will discuss the pizza journey he took to write his new book "Pizza City, USA: 101 Reasons Why Chicago Is America's Greatest Pizza Town." Labriola Chicago will offer samples of both meat & vegetarian pizzas for attendees to try.  A cash bar with wine-and-beer at Happy Hour prices will be available until 7:30pm.
