This is the workshop for you!

If you’re considering starting a business or need to refresh your business plan this is a workshop for you.

In this 3-hour workshop you will:

  • Think strategically about your business
  • Actually write your business plan from scratch using a simple yet rigorous approach
  • Begin to learn how to establish Cash Flow projections
Mike is a retired executive from the insurance industry where he held various leadership positions including General Manager and Chief Operating Officer.   Among his various assignments, he launched a new company overseas gaining the experience of what it’s like to start a business from scratch.  Mike has been a volunteer at SCORE for six years, has been involved in presenting a various workshops and is a previous Chapter Chairman.
