Entrees Choices for April Luncheon:

HOT = Saut�ed chicken smothered in caper, mushroom, sun-dried tomato & white wine sauce, served with roasted red skin potatoes, haricot verts & heirloom carrots

SALAD = Rainbow quinoa salad with dried fruits, chopped walnuts, toasted almonds, pistachios, fresh mint & cilantro in lemon vinaigrette, topped with grilled salmon

VEGAN = Rainbow quinoa salad with dried fruits, chopped walnuts, toasted almonds, pistachios, fresh mint & cilantro in lemon vinaigrette, topped with spiced chickpea cake
