Surviving and Thriving as a Small Business in the Internet Era

This workshop focuses on DOING, not just learning. Attendees of the workshop will come out with a tangible presence on Google, Facebook, and Yelp. Additionally, we will discuss creating a website, Instagram Business Pages, and finish with some open time to discuss any other technologies the attendees would like to explore. 

Attendees are asked to please bring their laptops and/or smart phones to complete exercises and get the most from the experience.

Taught by Google SMB Market Development Specialist Kristine Rhodes

Kristine Rhodes studied Business at Cal Poly in San Luis Obispo. After Graduation she moved up to San Francisco to work at a health care start up called Collective Health. Now she is on Bryan Solar's SMB Product Development and Research team at Google as a SMB Market Development Specialist.
