Integrating SEL When Teaching Technology in K-12 Classrooms
This session will explore digital literacy and achievement and the role of facilitators guiding a generation of "digital natives" needing to develop key social and emotional competencies.

In this high-tech world, it may sometimes seem like there's a divide between the digital and analog ways of being, doing and learning. In this workshop, we'll explore techniques that promote social-emotional-learning and technical skill-building -- all at the same time.
Using an interactive and whole-bodied approach, we will explore digital literacy and achievement, taking on the role of facilitators guiding a generation of so-called "digital natives," who also have needs to develop key social and emotional competencies such as:
