Older and Wiser: The Phenomenon of Grey Divorce

A Multi-Disciplinary Conference

Hosted by Collaborative Divorce Vancouver

As professionals working with clients divorcing in their later years, understanding the unique needs and challenges of Grey Divorce is increasingly important.

It is estimated that divorces with clients over 50 represent 1/4 of cases (source).  Divorces in middle age and older are increasing in Canada (source).

This engaging, multi-disciplinary conference is an excellent opportunity to:

  • Understand specific updates in case law, tax and mental health practice related to Grey Divorce
  • Build competence in working with older clients navigating divorce and separation
  • Share best practices for dealing with difficult Grey Divorce scenarios
  • Gain a multi-disciplinary perspective on how to achieve the best outcomes for older clients
  • Network with local practitioners and experts in Grey Divorce

Join us for this highly relevant and applicable event. Enjoy the sunny deck of the Vancouver Rowing Club overlooking picturesque Coal Harbour and Stanley Park.

Who Should Attend?

Family lawyers, estate lawyers, mediators, Collaborative practitioners, mental health professionals, financial specialists and any other professionals who are looking for practical, up-to-date knowledge to apply when helping mature families navigate the separation and divorce process.
