Please join us for this spectacular community event. We are expecting over 500 people to attend this event each day and it will be an important opportunity for your group to spread the word about the work you are doing and the products and services you have available.

With Temple Grandin as our keynote speaker on Friday, and Sarah Ward on Saturday, we do expect to sell out of exhibitor and registration early!

The exhibitor area will be down the hall from the conference track rooms, however, the sponsors will have prime location next to the large auditorium which is a high traffic area with high visibility so that everyone who attends the conference will have the opportunity to view the sponsors in the prime location.

Limited booths are  available, so reserve your spot as soon as possible. We will supply the table and 2 chairs but you must bring your own table cloth. We do not handle freight. This location is inside, so there is no need for shade this year.

We will provide each conference attendee an exhibitor map again this year to bring to each exhibitor table and after you have shared your information, you will stamp the map. All conference attendees who obtain every vendor stamp will be entered into a raffle. To participate in this event, exhibitors will have to ensure that their table is manned at all Exhibitor Fair times. We ask the exhibitors to stay through the afternoon break of Friday and through the end of lunch Saturday.

Exhibitors will be listed in the conference syllabus. Exhibitors and their logos can be included in our syllabus by participating in the Platinum Marketing Package for an additional $250. This includes a Quarter page ad in our syllabus with your logo. If you wish to have color it is an additional $250. Other pricing available for full page and inside front or back cover.
