Join Chef Andie in the kitchen for this delicious and fun class that will have you making your own sushi at home! We’ll explore the ingredients and techniques used by sushi chefs to create proper sushi rice, rolls, and of course how to properly purchase, cut and store the fresh fish. We’ll look at the glossary of terms and learn the names and uses for common sushi preparation equipment. You’ll prepare your own roll using techniques learned in class, plus we’ll enjoy some other delicious sushi bar specialities in this fun and informative workshop.
