Join Chef Michael Hervieux, of the award winning Hotel Manisses on Block Island as he prepares some of the restaurant's most popular, seasonally inspired dishes. In this hands on class, we will learn to make; An island inspired Tuna Tartare, the signature Farmers’ Market plate; along with an HM guest favorite, Risotto w/ house-made Gremolata. He will share tips on the art of plating with interesting, creatively arranged and artistic food presentation. We will eat everything we prepare and taste a signature HM craft cocktail along with wines to compliment the menu items.
