The Art of Making French Macarons with Chelsea Rose of Rose Macarons

These light, fluffy and delightfully beautiful little round sandwich cookies are oh so delicious and each one is a work of art. Join us for this hands on class taught by Chelsea Rose, the owner of Rose Macarons (@Rose_Macarons on Instagram - check out her incredible work!). We’ll use the French technique for the macaronage and make two flavors - Raspberries and Cream and Rose White Chocolate - in class. We’ll go over the marble technique and discuss additional flavor combinations and common baking and making issues that arise when creating these delicate masterpieces. We'll taste everything we make and everyone will go home with one box of their creations as well. We’ll also have wine & beer to sip as we bake.

* This class is intended for adults, however mature children 13 years old +, who can stay focused for 2 1/2 hours as we carefully go through the process of making and baking these delights, are welcome. Children must register for the class and be accompanied by an adult who is also registered.
