Pam Kettwig 5K Fun Run 

Mrs. Pam Kettwig passed away suddenly due to a rare form of Thyroid cancer. She worked in the Dean’s office for over 30 years and truly loved the students and Providence Catholic. Please join us in making this the best fundraiser in Mrs. Kettwig’s Memory!

Proceeds will go to establish a Scholarship Fund for students at Providence Catholic in Mrs. Kettwig’s Name. A portion will also be donated to the Thyroid Cancer Research Fund in Mrs. Kettwig’s Name. 

REGISTRATION: $25.00 FOR ADULTS/STUDENTS INCLUDES T-SHIRT Deadline—May 5, 2019 $5.00 FOR 3-9 YEAR-OLDS FOR A SHORT RUN (WILL INCLUDE MEDALS ONLY) Kids run will begin after Adult Run.

 $250.00 Green & White Sponsor: Includes 2 Registrations, your name Or business name on the Event Banner and Water Stations. 

$100.00 Charlie Celtic Sponsor: Includes your name or business name on the Event Banner and the Water Stations. 

$50.00 Friend of Pam Donation: Includes name at the Water Stations.
