Construction Worker Award Nominations
and Company Recognitions
Due May 3, 2019
  
All nominations are open to the men and women
in the construction industry
 
Award Nominations Categories

Field Worker of the Year - Man

Nominee must be a field worker and must
have worked with the company for a
minimum of one year and has demonstrated
leadership among co-workers.

Field Worker of the Year - Woman

Nominee must be a field worker and must
have worked with the company for a 
minimum of one year and has demonstrated 
leadership among co-workers.

Lifetime Achievement Award

Nominee must have worked with the company for a minimum of 5 years and worked in the construction 
industry for a minimum of 15 years.

Excellence in Safety - Field Worker
Nominee must be a field worker that has performed
and demonstrated excellence in construction 
safety in 2018.

Excellence in Safety - Professional

Nominee must be a Safety Director, Manager,
Supervisor or Coordinator that has performed and demonstrated excellence in construction safety
in 2018.

Superintendent of the Year
Nominee must have worked as a Superintendent with the nominating company for a minimum of five years.

 
Foreman of the Year
Nominee must have worked as a Foreman with the nominating company for a minimum of three years.
Company Recognitions
 

Each year the RHCA recognizes construction companies who champion construction safety and demonstrate appreciation for the construction worker - the men and women who build!
Submit your company for this special recognition.
 

Recognition Criteria:
  • Company submits 5 or more Award nominations for company member construction workers 
  • Company has 5 or more construction workers attending the Day of the Construction Worker
  • Company has a member of management attending to receive recognition, joined by their construction workers in attendance
  • Submittal of a 100 word or less statement on the company's valuing construction safety and worker appreciation
NOTE: Worksheet submissions are required for these award nominees to be considered finalists for the
............. above categories. 
 
 The DCW Awards are awarded through a competitive juried process and are selected from 
 a diverse body of submitted nominee packets.
