Planning for Life after High School: Workshop and Transition Resource Fair - June 8, 2019

For Tri-Cities and New Westminster youth and their familiies.

If you have a son or daughter who has a disability and is beginning to think about life after high school, or if you are an educator or professional who connects wtih transitioning youth who have a disability, then this event is for you!

Join us for this FREE event, which begins with a presentation that discusses ways in which to make the most the most of secondary years, stages & steps related to the transition out of high school, and post-secondary resources and services available for eligible youth and young adults. The workshop portion of the event will be followed up with an opportunity for youth, parents/caregivers, educators, and professionals to network with service providers and learn about the supports and services they provide.

PLEASE NOTE: The format of this event has changed from prior years and does not include a separate workshop session for youth. Youth are welcome to attend with a parent/caregiver.

Registration is required as we require a minimum number of registrants in order to go ahead with the event. You may register for the workshop portion, the resource fair portion, or both.
