 Welcome to the 2019  Laurita Winery's  It's a Wine and Jeep Thing Festival Weekend

Laurita Winery is excited to announce that they have partnered with NJJA to be the host location for NJJA's Global Go Topless Day during our "It's a Wine and Jeep Thing" Food Truck Festival Weekend!

.  Food Trucks, Fire PIts (weather pemitting), Fire Works, Wine, Sangria, Music and JEEPS!   

Laurita's "It's a Wine and Jeep Thing" Food Truck Festival is Saturday May 18 and Sunday May 19, 2019

Laurita's event will have food trucks, vendors, family fun activities, and live music both days!

NJJA's Global Go Topess Day Event is Saturday May 18, 2019 Only! 

NJJA's  event will include Show and Shine, door prizes, additional vendors and much more!

Pre-Registration for this event is $30.00.  The Pre-Registration fee includes access for the driver and his jeep into the Jeep Shine and Show Contest Display area for Saturday's Glogbal Go Topless Event and for Sunday for an extra day of relaxing, listening to live music, enjoying foor from the food trucks and sipping some wine!

Upon entering the event  by the Greeting Center, the driver will receive their swag bag with their free  Laurita Winery Souvenir Glass along with 3 door prize tickets, a 2019 Laurita & NJJA T-Shirt, Color Specific Windshield Show & Shine Tag, & Voting Ballot.  Driver will need to be ID check and banded if over 21 in order to purchase or consume any wine.* 

Jeep and driver Ticket purchases entitles you to access both days for the weekend events.  Should you hvae guests that want to attend both days they will need to purchase a discounted 2 day ticket. Under 20 Free Registration will require a 2 day registration also. If only attending Saturday then you can purchase just a one day pass for them. There is no judging or Door prizes on Sunday that is just a chill day for all!

Pre-registration will end on May 8th for a guaranteed shirt size reguest.  Any registrations after May 8th will be on a first come first serve basis as to the sizes available. So register before the 8th to be guaranted your shirt size!  Pre-registrataion will close on May 15th at noon.  But once again we can not stress it enough if you want a certain t-shirt size you need to register before May 8th.  So do not wait until the last minute!!!!!    When registering be sure to note your T-shirt Size and which Class Group Competition you would like to enter your jeep into for the contest. If you do not wish to compete but would like the amenities of parking on vineyard grounds along with the free T-shirt there is now an option in the compete categories for Non-Compete!  

Day of Event registration will  also be available Saturday between 11am and 3pm for the Show and Shine.  The Registration Fee for the day of the event is $35.00 per jeep and allows for access of the driver and his jeep.  It will include a swag bag with items as noted above however pleases the T-shirt size will be based upon available sizes.  

Day of the event notice:  Once all t-shirts have been sold the price of the entrance will be reduced to reflect the cost without a T-shirt.  So come Early.......First come First Serve.    

Guests ONE DAY PASS discounted tickets are available during this pre-registration process at a cost of $12.00 per person for 21 and over.  Two Day pass is $20.00.  21 & over Guest Registrations will be required to be ID checked just like the jeep owner and ID must match registration informaiton provided.  They will receive a Sovenir glass with 3 Door prize tickets after ID check at the check in tent.  T-shirt is not included with guest registration.  They may be purchased at discounted price with this registration or they can be purchased the day of the event at reglar price.

Entrance to the event for Age 20 and under is free however if accompanying the jeep onto the Show and Shine site they must be registered.  

Saturday:  Jeep Vehicle Sign in will be between 11am and 3pm.  if you wish to compete in the Show and Shine.  If you arrive after 3pm you will be able to enter to park on site but will not be included in the Show and Shine Competition.   You will still go to the check in tent to receive your swag bag.  Must be on the property by 4pm.  No vehicles will be permitted to enter the vineyard grounds after 4pm.   You will be able to leave the property and return however upon return (if after 4pm.) you will have to park in the general festival parking lot. If you opt to leave you must check in at the registration tent so that they can assign a parking attendant to guide you out past the customers onto the exit road.  Anyone not following all guidelines and leaving without a guided escort will not be permitted on our grounds for any future NJJA Jeep Festivals.

Customer safety is most important!!!!

Sunday:  Jeep Vehicle sign in will be from 11-4Pm  No competition.  If you arrive after 4pm.  You will have to park in the genereal festival parking lot.  And whenyou wish to leave you will need to check out with one of the parking attendants so that they can guide you off of the vineyard gournds safely.   

Fireworks are scheduled for approx. 9PM.  Per Fire Marshall there will be no entering or leaving of vehicles from the vineyard  grounds from 8:45pm until 9:30pm due to fireworks fall out safety area.  

You will enter the grounds from the Festival Parking lot grounds located behind the Inn at Laurita.  Follow the directions to the main admission entrance gate.  Be prepared to show your Paid Admission.  Once your are through the gate you will be instructed where to park. After parking you must go to the sign in tent to be ID checked and banded for all those over 21 and to pick up your swag bag. This is an NJJA event and they will be governing all the Rules and Regulations as to registration and participation in this Show and Shine Event . 

NO outside vending or promoting permitted.  All vendors and promoters must be approved by the NJJA commitee, registered and pay the vendor fee.  That includes any person wanting to personally hand out or put promotional material on vehicles anywhere on Laurita property or the festival fairgrounds and parking lots during this event.

Refund policy for  NJJA Global Go Topless Event Tickets:  Tickets are non refundable.  Sunday will be the Rain date if Saturday weather is deemed unfavorable (eg. torrential down pours) and if the weekend is a total washout the rain date for the event will be June 29, 2019 at our June food Truck Festival.

Laurita Rules and Regulations:  You must maintain a slow steady speed at all times.  No speeding or raising dust.  This is a family fun activity with lots of kids and activities going on and we have neighbors that do not like the excess dust.  Anyone not following directions and safe speeds will be asked to leave the grounds and will forfeit any fees paid.  

*No outside food or beverages (alcohol or non-alcohol) are permitted to be brought onto our property. As per ABC Rules and Regulations regarding our Winery Licensure we are only permitted to have on site, Alcoholic beverages (our wine) that are produced at our winery for sale and consumption.  Coolers will be checked by security.   Food will be available at anyone of the 14 food trucks. 

Pets (regular or companion) are not permitted on the winery grounds.  Certified Service Dogs Only.  Our events get very crowded and loud at times and if not a properly trained and certified service dog it can be too much for even a licensed companion pet.
