Eric Lopkin (Founder and CEO) founded The Modern Observer Group in 2002 to promote his freelance communications work. Eric spent the earlier part of his career working in the communications field as a creative director in advertising, an operations manager at media companies, and other roles. In 2009, he wanted to use his skills and talents to help small businesses and executives achieve their professional as well as personal goals, Eric reformed his company to bring in a greater range of coaches and consultants to enhance the services available to their clients.
Chip Janiszewski (Coach/Consultant) is a creative consultant, networking specialist, trainer, facilitator, educator and speaker. He has trained and mentored thousands of individuals (including business professionals, students in Universities and High Schools) in business basics (including accounting topics, business and strategic planning, operations, time management, entrepreneurship), networking basics (including identifying opportunities, building relationships, presentation skills) and other topics such as Mindset and Personal Strategic Planning.
